Shane has over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Over the past two decades, Shane has procured his own book of business, which consists of representing corporate clients throughout the United States.  Some of Shane’s primary clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Computer Associates International, Guardian Insurance, CAE USA and Pegasus TSI Engineering. 

As a team leader and senior strategist, Shane delivers up-front value before real estate assignments are conceived by providing critical insight during the development of his clients’ business initiatives.  Shane’s targeted approach to reducing clients’ occupancy expenses are achieved through effectively analyzing and understanding the overall costs associated with a real estate requirement.  This process directs his efforts to implement innovative real estate solutions that are specifically geared to optimize the desired result.  Shane applies an aggressive negotiating style that achieves superior results for his clients.

Activities & Achievements:

Shane is a member of numerous national, local and industry organizations dedicated to improving the region and business community.  His Tampa involvement includes supporting The Children’s Home Inc., The Knights of Columbus, the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation, the Westshore Alliance, The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the French American Council of West Florida, Inc.   He is also a member of the CCIM Institute and is on the Conference Advisory Board of Business Facilities. 

Education:

Shane graduated from the University of South Florida as “Marketing Student of the Year” with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.  Shane is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Florida.
