Shane has over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Over the past two decades, Shane has procured his own book of business, which consists of representing corporate clients throughout the United States. Some of Shane’s primary clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Computer Associates International, Guardian Insurance, CAE USA and Pegasus TSI Engineering.

Cheri O'Neil

Principal

Cheri brings comprehensive ownership insight into her present role as a principal at ONEIL Commercial Advisors (OCA). Having been in the real estate industry since 1983, her background in real estate accounting, property management, development, construction management, landlord leasing, and investment sales coupled with years of market knowledge, provide her with the necessary tools to guide corporate clients seamlessly through any transaction.

Yapi Metjian

Research & Marketing Director

Innovative, creative, tenacious. Gifted with an innate ability to connect with others and an insatiable thirst for excellence, Yapi is the “go to” marketer in the commercial real estate field for the OCA Team. With more than 20 years of experience and a drive to go above and beyond, she is consistently helping us raise the bar, assisting the firm in developing and producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and other written materials.

Pat McGuire

Senior Managing Director

Pat has negotiated over 300 lease transactions with a value of in excess of $350 million. He has served on multiple boards through his affiliations with IREM, NAIOP, BOMA and other business and charitable organizations including Wounded Warrior and Catholic charity programs.

Susan Lough

Managing Director

Susan is a great addition to our firm in her role as Managing Director representing clients with their commercial real estate needs. She is as an accomplished leader with over 16 years of experience in management and leasing. In her role as leasing agent for various portfolios consisting of Retail, Class A office, Flex Space, and Industrial, she maintained occupancy levels above market while achieving maximum cost containment. Susan is a great problem solver and enjoys making new connections.

Doug O'Donnell

Managing Director

Doug is a commercial real estate broker specializing in acquiring, selling, and leasing of office, retail, land, and industrial properties. Whether looking to utilize the benefits of commercial real estate to grow your business or create and/or expand your investment portfolio, Doug understands the value of positive cash flow and asset appreciation. As a Florida native, his extensive knowledge of the market, coupled with a strategic approach, has allowed him to assist his clients in making sound investment decisions that align with their objectives.

Nicole O’Neil

Marketing Assistant

Nicole is a Marketing Assistant at OCA, where she brings fresh, creative energy to the team with a strong emphasis on social media strategy. Known for her drive and ability to “get the job done quickly,” Nicole approaches every project with a focus on innovation and efficiency. As a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, Nicole earned her degree in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

Kelly Gruber

Marketing Assistant

Kelly Gruber recently joined the OCA team, bringing a strong background in journalism and real estate law from the University of Central Florida. From 2023 to 2025, she served as an editor for the university’s newspaper, where she wrote and reviewed stories focused on community impact and local development.
