Jake is a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate at ONEIL Commercial Advisors, specializing in office and industrial properties. With a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and a degree in Finance from the University of the South (Sewanee), Jake combines a strong financial and strategic foundation with a deep understanding of real estate. Prior to joining Oneil Commercial Advisors, Jake worked as a Development Analyst and Cost Consultant on luxury hospitality, office, and retail projects, working alongside high-profile clients.

Jake’s financial acumen and experience with underwriting enables him to provide accurate property valuations, risk assessments, and informed decision-making for clients. Outside of work, Jake enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his dog, Rex.
