Our Story

Cheri and Shane O’Neil jointly led the Savills commercial real estate brokerage office in Tampa for more than 16 years.

They formed ONEIL Commercial Advisors (OCA) aiming to provide top notch tenant representation, listing, property and project management, investment sales and other services for tenants, landlords, and investors from its quarters in the Morgan Stanley Tower in downtown St. Petersburg.

They foresaw a real void of local and even regional commercial real estate brokerages and service providers in the Tampa Bay area, and they wanted to fill that with a vision to reintroduce the personal service, dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.

Cheri and Shane each have more than three decades of experience in the Tampa area commercial real estate business, representing clients such as Stonegate Mortgage, Computer Associates, Feld Entertainment, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, The PGA of America, TECO, law firm de la Parte & Gilbert, Wells Fargo, Youth + Family Alternatives and others. The OCA Team’s focus is not only on the bricks-and-mortar of the commercial real estate business, but also on navigating the process to ensure maximum momentum in achieving sought after goals and objectives. We can and will be more reactive to the needs of our clients!
