Justin C. Oates is a Tampa Bay native and graduate of the Herbert Wertheim College of Business at Florida State University with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Justin previously spent time with JLL Value and Risk Advisory Services, specializing in senior housing and healthcare real estate throughout the Eastern United States contributing as a team member to the valuation and analysis of income-producing real estate assets with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Justin believes successful real estate decisions are built on a thorough understanding of property valuation, positive future cash flows, and investment fundamentals. He combines strong analytical expertise with a client-first approach and is committed to building lasting relationships founded on professionalism, collaboration, and trust.
