Luke Johnson serves as a financial analyst for OCA, as he graduates from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in finance and Minors in Real Estate & Econometrics in May 2026. He is always eager to learn creative ideas and strategies that can be applied across multiple areas of work and study. With this strong finance and real estate background he is excited to bring a detail-oriented approach to preparing market and subject property analysis.
At USF, he is a member of the Student Managed Investment Fund, where he sharpens his modeling and presentation skills. He also used to work for the USF Football team for over 2 years, acquiring 2 bowl rings from Hawai’i and Boca Raton.
In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and making music, he also re-sells vintage clothing, hats, shoes, watches at vendor markets along with many other items.
