Pat has been active in the Commercial real estate business for more than 40 years. During that period of time he has held broker licenses in the states of Montana, Minnesota and most currently in Florida. He received his Certified Property Manager’s (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1987. Prior to that, he successfully completed the Advanced Real Estate Program at the University of Minnesota.
Pat has negotiated over 300 lease transactions with a value of in excess of 350 million. He has served on multiple boards through his affiliations with IREM, NAIOP, BOMA and other business and charitable organizations including Wounded Warrior and Catholic charity programs. He is married with two daughters and is blessed with two grandsons. When he’s not spending time with the family you’ll find him on the links playing golf.
